Create Waves this spring.
Looking for a fun and engaging way to introduce your little one to the water? Create Waves is the perfect program for parents and infants (ages 6 months to 4 years). Led by a certified swim instructor, this hour-long, parent participation class offers a special opportunity to bond with your baby while building comfort and confidence in the water.
Through interactive water activities, you and your child will explore gentle swimming skills and playful water experiences together. This program encourages early water familiarity, creativity with poolside crafts, and social interaction with other young children—all in a warm and supportive environment. This program is 4 sessions, once a week for 1 month. This season, create waves takes place on Friday mornings from 9:30 – 10:30am.

Fitness.
This season, you can take part in a variety of fitness classes, events, and programs! From spin to yoga and everything in between, our amazing group fitness instructors will help you work your body and mind in an inspiring and welcoming atmosphere.
Fitness Classes are held daily, with a weekly schedule that changes each season.
Fitness Events are one-time sessions that do not repeat.
Fitness Programs occur 1-2 times a week and continue for several weeks.
Fitness programs and events require advanced registration. While fitness classes allow drop-ins, advanced registration is still recommended.
Tactical Conditioning Bootcamp – 6 Weeks to Peak Performance.
Unleash your full potential with our 6-week Tactical Conditioning Bootcamp, a high-intensity program designed to build strength, endurance, agility, and mental toughness. Inspired by functional fitness and military-style drills, this class will challenge you with real-world movement patterns to enhance performance in any demanding environment.
This program includes strength and resistance training, cardiovascular and endurance challenges, and agility and mobility drills. It also focuses on core stability, injury prevention, through both team-based and individual challenges.
Whether you're an athlete, first responder, military personnel, or simply looking for an intense workout, this bootcamp will push your limits and take your fitness to the next level.
Bootcamp begins on April 24th from 5:00-6:00pm every Thursday!
Sports.
MIP offers a variety of sport programs suited for all ages and skill levels. Through soccer, basketball, and multi-sport programs, children and youth will strengthen fundamental skills while learning sportsmanship and teamwork.
Throughout the year we also have opportunities for adults to play too! The MIP Recreational Volleyball League runs Fall to Spring, and seasonally we offer Pickleball.
Soccer Programs for All Ages & Skill Levels
Little Snipers (Ages 3-4, Parented) – A fun introduction to soccer where young players learn basic ball control and movement alongside a guardian.
Little Stars Soccer (Ages 5-7) – Focuses on skill development, teamwork, and confidence-building through fun drills and gameplay.
Shooting Stars Soccer (Ages 8-12) – Enhances ball control, positioning, and soccer-specific fitness in a recreational yet challenging environment.

Arts & Culture.

Our visual arts programs offer a diverse range of classes designed to inspire and nurture creativity. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced artist, we provide the perfect environment for artistic growth and exploration.
Choose between 3, 5, 6, and 10-week programs, suitable for all levels of creatives.
Creative Kids Art Club.
If you're looking for a place to spark your creativity, build confidence, and have fun, the Creative Kids Art Club is for you! This 10-week program encourages artists aged 9 – 14 to explore a variety of artistic mediums, discovering what excites them while learning valuable skills.
Experimenting with different art forms helps students grow, express themselves, and gain confidence in their unique artistic style. Whether painting, drawing, or crafting, this class is all about creativity, self-discovery, and having a blast in a fun, supportive environment.
The program starts April 7 and runs every Thursday from 5:30 – 6:45p.m. Register now and let your creativity shine!
Climbing.
Climbers of all ages can reach for new heights at the Pepsi Climbing Wall!
Have a little one interested in learning to climb? Register for Base Camp (ages 4-6) a parented climbing program where you and your little one will learn along-side each other in a positive and fun environment. Older climbers can register for Rockstars (ages 7-10) or Cliff hangers (ages 10-15).

Introduce your little one to the exciting world of climbing in this engaging, parented program! Designed for aged 4 – 6 this program allows you and your child to explore the climbing wall in a supportive and safe environment!
With a guardian by their side, each 45-minute session will build student’s confidence, develop safety skills, and discover the joy of movement on the climbing wall. This 5-week program is the perfect way to nurture curiosity and create lasting memories together.

Parented Play.
Have you Heard of Parented Play?
The best way to learn is through PLAY!
Parented play is a program designed to provide activities that will encourage growth and learning for your child's development. During these sessions, there are a several toys and games brought out for you and your little one to explore. You and your little one can freely play and move throughout the space as you spend quality time learning and having fun together! Each session also includes circle time where our facilitators gather everyone together to sing songs and play games as a group. This takes place Mondays and Wednesdays from 9:30am – 11:30am all season. Although this program is free for members, we still do require pre-registration to ensure adequate staffing. Adventure Camps.
MIP Adventure Camps focus on adventure, expression, excitement and positive learning through creativity and play.
Kids of all age groups can join the fun during no-school Fridays and school-break camps.
Fun-Filled Fridays for Kids Under 6!
Looking for an exciting way to keep your little one engaged on no-school Fridays? Adventure Day Camps offer an afternoon of fun, creativity, and active play from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m every no-school Friday.
Each session is packed with themed activities that include interactive games designed to keep kids entertained while building social and motor skills. Our safe and welcoming environment allows children to explore, play, and make new friends while you enjoy a worry-free afternoon.

Our homeschool P.E program will have kids running, jumping, and having a blast every Wednesday afternoon with exciting games like basketball, soccer, football, pickleball, and dodgeball. If it’s fun and active, we’re playing it!
For those looking to explore their artistic side, our Homeschool Visual Arts Program offers kids of all ages the chance to get creative, experiment with different mediums, and express themselves in a fun, supportive environment.

Seniors.
MIP is proud to offer sport and fitness programs designed for those 55+. Ageless Unstoppable is a senior fitness program that provides seniors with a variety of low impact strength, conditioning, and balance training twice a week!
For those looking to stay active while having fun, we offer senior sport programming like Carpet Bowling and Bocce Ball. This is a low pressure and welcoming environment for seniors to socialize and enjoy and afternoon of fun!
Seniors can now enjoy the fun and fast-paced game of pickleball at CNOOC Field House 1 this spring! Our NEW 55+ Pickleball program offers eight weeks of pickleball facilitated by our sports team, giving you and fellow players the opportunity to stay active, socialize, and improve your game.
Join us every Monday from 2:00 – 3:30 p.m. for an hour and a half of friendly competition, and skill-building. Whether you're a seasoned player or new to the sport, this program is a great way to stay moving and pickle around.
