Guidelines for Using MIP Facilities
Our team is committed to ensuring that our facilities are safe, clean, welcoming, fun and sustainable for all.
Guests are to adhere to all amenity specific rules and regulations posted within RRC facilities.
Wristbands are to be worn by users 3 years of age and over in all activity areas.
All children 7 years of age and under must be directly supervised by a parent or caregiver 16 years of age or older.
Conduct within the facility should be in the spirit of good sportsmanship. The RRC reserves the right to refuse play and/or service to anyone.
Injuries, accidents and/or equipment failures must be reported immediately to an RRC staff member.
No food, beverages (except for water), bags or coats are allowed in activity areas.
Alcoholic beverages are only permitted in licensed areas.
MacDonald Island Park is a smoke free environment. Smoking tobacco or vaping is not permitted in any buildings or within ten meters of any entrance/exit as per RMWB Bylaw No. 18/022
Rollerblades, bicycles and scooters are not permitted to be used in the facility. Appropriate footwear is required.
Should you find or lose any items please report them immediately to an RRC staff member. While our facility provides a lost and found area the RRC does not assume any responsibility for any lost or stolen items. All lost and found items are subject to donations should they not be claimed in a reasonable timeframe. The RRC will prioritize donations to not-for-profit (NFP) organizations over for-profit businesses.
No pets are allowed. Service animals are permitted.
No weapons or illegal drugs are permitted at any facility.
