Body Composition Analysis - $15
Assess your current status at any time with a body composition analysis. Learn your weight, body fat percentage, fat mass, fat-free mass, basal metabolic rate, and body mass index from our Tanita scale. Visit the Legacy Dodge Fitness Centre to drop in for your body composition analysis. One of our Sport & Fitness Specialists are able to assist you.
Fitness Classes
Get moving this summer! Build strength in HPTC Flex, get a sweat on with Full Body Blast, or repair & recover with a Yoga Flow. MIP Members can book classes up to 7 days in advance, and non-members can book up to 3 days in advance. Summer Fitness Classes run from July 4 - August 27.

- Full Body Blast
- A full body workout that involves body weight and resistance training to sculpt the arms, core, glutes and legs.
- Lower Body Burn
- Squats, lunges, jumps and glute firing hip thrusts are what to expect with this lower body, leg sculpting workout.
- Yoga Flow
- Set your intention to connect your body & breath in a traditional, yoga flow practice. All levels welcome.
- Easy Yoga
- Cultivate relaxation and contentment in this 1 hour Easy Yoga practice friendly for all levels.
- Hips & Hammies Yoga
- Develop and maintain healthy hip mobility while stretching out the hamstrings. This practice is designed to help soften and release tension in the most common areas, the hips and the hamstrings.
- HPTC HIIT & Studio HIIT
- This circuit style class involves a series of low to high intensity workouts combined with periods of rest to maximize your workout.
- HPTC Flex
- Execute technical barbell lifts such as deadlifts, squats, presses and more, through traditional strength and bodyweight training.

Legacy Dodge Fitness Centre
The Legacy Dodge Fitness Centre has everything you need to break a sweat. With over 15,000 sq ft of training space, the Fitness Centre is home to a wide variety of fitness equipment including dumbbells, benches, weight and cardio machines such as rowers, bikes, treadmills and steppers. Not a fan of the treadmill? Located above the Fitness Centre is the Indoor Running Track, 200 metres of track with four lanes dedicated to walking, jogging or running.
The Studio
Located across from the Box Office at Shell Place, this bright and modern studio offers quick and direct access to group fitness classes for all levels of experience. From spin to yoga and everything in between, our amazing Group Fitness Instructors will help you work your body and mind in an inspiring and welcoming atmosphere.
High Performance Training Centre
Get more out of your training. The state-of-the-art High Performance Training Centre will take your fitness to the next level. Located in Shell Place, this space offers group fitness classes, group training programs, personal training sessions, athletic development training and open gym time.
