MacDonald Island Park is home to a large fitness centre including free weights, cardio machines and weight machines, a running track with workout pockets and basic workout materials and a new high performance training centre. We also provide personal training services and a wide range of fitness and HPTC classes and programs.

The main focus of our Women on Weights is to incorporate a lifestyle approach with an overall body circuit training class. Our fantastic personal trainers will work with various circuits, compound movements, and a cardio weight training mix to get you the best results possible in a short amount of time. Using a variety of our training equipment such as medicine balls, bosu balls, dumbbells, gliders and more, you will walk away from this class with new level of confidence in your strength training abilities. Each class provides a full body workout as well as postnatal specific core work and flexibility. This is also a fantastic opportunity to connect with other new moms in the community.
